Using the Search Feature on the IACFB Directories
The Directories of American Factors and Lenders now provides “search capabilities allowing you, an IACFB member, to search the lender’s database for the exact lender type and financier you require to meet your client’s needs. The directories provide you with powerful search capabilities through two search bars for lenders. They also offer search capabilities for prospective clients seeking to work and meet with a local broker if you have updated your listing and contact information in the directories.
Introduction to Directories Search Capabilities
- When you visit the Lenders Directories the site’s landing page automatically displays the “Primary” Search Bar. It is white with a purple Search Button.
The Search Bar’s initial selection (default selection) is to search for and diplay Commercial Factors. Using your mouse, click on the purple “Search” Button and the directories will display all of the current factors in the system. Display Cards
When you select the purple “Search” Button, the directories will display a “Cards List” of all the lenders in that category. Cards are a synopsis of all the ledners listings. Cards allow you to take a quick glance at a lender to see if that lender provides the services you need for your prospect.
To display the “listing of a lenders to access more detail, simply click the lenders “Card”.
Lender Detail View
After selecting a lenders “Card”, that lenders detail listiong will be displayed which will provide you with much more information about that lenders capabilities, products, and services. It will additionally provide a link to theat lenders’s website.

Additional Information
Many lenders will also provide important information to share with brokers and referrers. Most will tell you if they “Pay for Referals”. Some will provide the name of a BDO to request with a deal submission. Some will additionally have published a Company Showcase on IACFB Magazine which provides commission details, productivity contests, bonus programs as well as immediate downloads in PDF form for the most currrent Broker’s Agreements.
