PAL Programs for Referrers
ThePAL Program, or Partners Active Locations Network, is an in-house referrers program sponsored by IACFB. All PAL referrers are part-time agents working directly with IACFB staff and submit prospects for financing through an S Q L or Sales Qualified Leads system. With this unique program, pals only need to submit a prospect through a short form with a request for contact, and IACFB does the rest. Other than submitting the short online form, PAL lead referrals require no client applications, Company Profiles, or any other paperwork. IACFB staff follow up on the submission form within 24 hours, and if the referred lead qualifies and becomes a factoring client, the PAL earns a commission.
The PALs Program for Referrers
The PALS Program (Partners Active Locations Network) is a unique, in-house referral program sponsored by IACFB. Designed to be simple, flexible, and accessible, the PALS Program allows part-time agents, or “PALs,” to work directly with IACFB staff to submit financing leads using a streamlined Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) system. PALs only need to submit a prospect’s details via a short online form requesting contact, and IACFB handles the rest. Unlike traditional referral programs, PALs are not required to gather applications, company profiles, or any other paperwork. Once the form is submitted, IACFB staff follow up with the lead within 24 hours. If the referred lead qualifies and becomes a factoring client, the PAL earns a commission.
The PALS Program is open to virtually anyone who subscribes to or purchases the Factoring 101 Broker Training Guide, making it an excellent entry point into the factoring industry. The program is divided into three levels to cater to referrers at different stages: PAL Affiliates, PAL Associates, and Pro-PALs. Each level offers unique tools and opportunities for growth, allowing agents to scale their efforts based on their goals and experience.
PAL Affiliates: Getting Started
PAL Affiliates are the foundational level in the PALS Program. These part-time referrers are typically new to the factoring industry and use the program as a stepping stone to gain experience and earn their first commissions. To qualify as a PAL Affiliate, referrers simply need to subscribe to IACFB’s Commercial Finance Consultants magazine and sign up for the SQL lead system. PAL Affiliates focus on straightforward, “right-place, right-time” marketing by identifying businesses that need financing and submitting their contact information to IACFB. This simple, no-paperwork approach makes it an ideal starting point for beginners looking to get their foot in the door.
PAL Associates: Enhancing Efforts with Content Marketing
PAL Associates build on the basic Affiliate level by incorporating more advanced marketing tools to expand their reach. In addition to submitting leads through the SQL system, PAL Associates enhance their marketing efforts with a WordPress agent web page and a blog. This powerful combination allows Associates to employ content marketing strategies, such as publishing informative articles and blog posts to attract leads organically. By positioning themselves as knowledgeable resources in the factoring space, PAL Associates can generate more opportunities and establish a stronger presence in their local and online communities.
Pro-PALs: Building Toward Full-Time Success
At the top of the program are the Pro-PALs, who operate more like freelance factoring consultants. Pro-PALs receive full Academy training, a professional FB-Series DataMax broker website, and an enhanced WordPress blog for advanced content creation. Unlike PAL Affiliates and Associates, Pro-PALs focus on building long-term, sustainable commission income while still working part-time due to existing income requirements. The ultimate goal for Pro-PALs is to transition into full-time operation by steadily growing their monthly commission earnings. With access to advanced tools and training, Pro-PALs have everything they need to succeed as factoring professionals.

No matter which PAL level you choose, all PALS benefit from IACFB’s streamlined SQL submission system and the expertise of its highly trained staff who assist in closing deals. This hands-on support simplifies the process, allowing PALs to focus on identifying leads while IACFB does the heavy lifting. All PAL subscribers also gain access to the Commercial Finance Consultants magazine, as well as special PAL Boot Camp training, which provides essential tips and strategies for success. Each PAL level features its own commission-sharing arrangement and broker agreement, ensuring fair compensation for all referrers.
