There are several “levels” of access to courses and support at the Academy and as a member, you will require “credentials” in the form of a USERNAME and PASSWORD.  In most cases, you will receive your credentials within 24 hours of your purchase via email but typically, your USERNAME will be your name (First and Last) and your PASSWORD will be you LastName followed by the “#” sign, and then followed by your zip code.  For example “Smith#12345“.  If you have purchased an IACFB product or subscription and find your credentials do not allow you access, complete the Access Request form below.
